Requesting Support

If you did not find a solution in our Frequently Asked Questions list, don't hesitate to contact us. We answer every email within a 24 hour period (usually sooner). If you have not received any reply from us within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, or ask us to re-send the reply through a different mail server.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to help you to recover a lost password or a key. Our software don't have backdoors or master keys, and trying to recall the lost password is the only way to get it back.
