If you have a problem or a comment, feel free to place a support request. If you want to get a reply, make sure your mail server accepts mail from us.

Some anti-spam filters require a sender to perform additional actions to prove the e-mail is not spam. For example, the sender might be asked to go to some web site and enter an alphanumeric code to make the e-mail pass through. If your anti-spam system works this way, please set it up so that e-mails from us could pass without additional verification.

Please keep in mind that the technical support does not include recovering lost passwords or keys - it is not feasible to recover a lost password (key) or to decrypt data without knowing the password (key).
